Work, caregiving, school, location, mobility, and changing schedules can make traditional volunteering difficult for people who still want to contribute.
Impact Squad was created to give nonprofits another way to recruit and activate those people through flexible participation that complements traditional volunteering rather than replacing it.

Our Story: A Life Rooted in Impact
Impact Squad was born from a belief that has shaped Clare Davis’s career: people can do extraordinary things when they are given the right structure, guidance, and opportunity.
Throughout her career in business development and coaching, Clare was drawn not only to achieving results, but to helping people recognize their strengths, connect with purpose, and take action.
That same passion shaped her nonprofit journey. At LUV Michael, Clare helped build and lead an international virtual volunteer program that engaged more than 50,000 volunteers across 61 countries.
The experience reinforced something important: people want to help, but they need a clear way to participate. With mission knowledge, approved resources, guidance, and flexible opportunities, volunteers can become informed ambassadors who educate, advocate, expand awareness, engage their communities, make connections, and support fundraising.
Impact Squad was built from that experience to help nonprofits recruit and activate new volunteers in ways that fit real life.
