Our Story: A Life Rooted in Impact
Impact Squad was born from a simple belief: nonprofits need structure, not more stress. Our founder, Clare Davis, has always been driven by one thing: helping people discover their strengths and purpose. Even in her corporate career in business development, the part that fueled her most wasn’t hitting targets; it was coaching and guiding people toward growth. That same passion shaped her nonprofit journey. At Luv Michael, Clare helped launch and scale an international volunteer program that engaged more than 50,000 volunteers worldwide. The experience confirmed what she already knew: with structure, support, and encouragement, everyday people can create extraordinary impact.
